PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the relationship between TEAMWORK MEDIA ESPAÑA S.L. (hereinafter TEAMWORK) and you (hereinafter the Customer), relating to all transactions made through the website https://teamworkeditorial.com (hereinafter the website), a domain which is owned by TEAMWORK, a legally constituted company with CIF number B01342286.
Likewise, the on-line contracting of the services offered by TEAMWORK through this website will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions.
ACCEPTANCE AND PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE
From the moment an order is placed, the user acquires the status of a Customer of TEAMWORK as described in these General Terms and Conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by TEAMWORK must be the object of a new contract.
If the Customer wishes to read the General Terms and Conditions in more detail, these can be printed out on paper or the document can be saved in electronic format.
TEAMWORK informs you that for legal reasons it archives the electronic documents which formalise purchases.
If the Customer makes a mistake in sending information, they can modify their details by writing an email to editorial@teamworkmedia.es. If the modified information refers to the postal address where the Client has requested delivery of the product purchased, the shipment will be made to the new address given, provided that the product has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, the Customer will have to wait for the delivery to be completed and then initiate the appropriate returns procedures.
PRICES
The prices applicable to each product are those stated on the website on the date the order is placed.
For goods delivered to countries which do not belong to the European Union, TEAMWORK will not assume the cost of the taxes and customs duties imposed by each country, these being the responsibility of the recipient of the order.
Shipping costs are included in the order.
Special offers will be duly marked and identified as such, clearly indicating the previous price and the price of the offer.
TEAMWORK reserves the right to carry out any modifications to the website it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice and has the right to update products and services depending on the market.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Purchases can be paid for using the following:

SHIPPING POLICY
In the event that the Customer requests an item/items which is/are out of stock, out of print or impossible to obtain but not properly identified as such on the website, TEAMWORK will notify the Customer of this incident and, if applicable, will undertake to reimburse the amount paid by the Customer for such item(s) and will, where applicable, process the rest of the order made by the Customer.
TEAMWORK will send shipments to its customers through the agreed courier company. The Customer will receive the order at the address indicated on the website form and designated “Shipping Address”. TEAMWORK will notify the Client of the shipment by e-mail. It is the Client’s responsibility to be aware of the expected arrival of the shipment to avoid subsequent returns, and to provide TEAMWORK with the complete and correct information necessary to be able to successfully carry out the delivery.
Delivery times will vary depending on the physical availability or stock level of the books requested. If a book is in stock in the bookshop the estimated delivery time will be 5 – 15 working days according to postal delivery times. If the book is out of stock, it will be necessary to request a copy/copies from the appropriate distributor and the delivery time will therefore be longer.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
TEAMWORK guarantees the Customer that the order can be cancelled at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been passed to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, the corresponding shipping and return costs may be charged.
The Customer will have a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the order, or from the formalisation of the purchase if the order is for a service, to terminate the contract. The Customer will communicate to TEAMWORK, within the stipulated term and by any means admitted in law, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
The returned order must be delivered with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued by TEAMWORK, at the Customer’s expense. The Customer may return any item purchased from TEAMWORK as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
If, due to an error by TEAMWORK, a product other than the one requested by the Customer was shipped, the correct product will be delivered, and the unwanted product collected, without any additional cost to the Customer.
If a product reaches the Customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, TEAMWORK, undertakes to replace it with another in good condition, without additional charges.
Regarding the last two cases, the carrier must be made aware of the incident on the order and the reason for return must be identified on the delivery note including photos showing the error or breakage.

SERVICE REQUESTS
TEAMWORK offers 2 ways to place an order.
· Guest user (No user account).
· Registered user (With user data, address, etc. stored in the system).
To acquire the contracted services, you only need to complete the purchase form with your personal information, shipping, billing and payment details.
It is also possible to make the purchase as a registered user, which allows the user to access their data which has been stored by the service
Once a Purchase Order has been received, TEAMWORK will immediately send a purchase confirmation to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This will be understood to have been accepted by the Customer in order to formalise the purchase.
LANGUAGES
The contract between TEAMWORK and the Customer will be finalised in Spanish and English.
TEAMWORK RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAMWORK guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the website http://teamworkeditorial.com/
All the rights that the laws in force confer on consumers and users are guaranteed.
Failure to comply with any of these General Terms and Conditions entitles the Customer to return the products or cancel the services they have purchased.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer undertakes to make lawful use of the services, without contravening the legislation in force or damaging the rights and interests of third parties.
The Customer guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information provided when completing the purchase/contact forms, thus avoiding causing damage to TEAMWORK as a result of incorrect information being entered.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the services by TEAMWORK without prior notice to the Customer and without giving any right to compensation.
PERSONAL DATA AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the Customer is informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by TEAMWORK for the management of the business relationship, as well as for the promotion of TEAMWORK products and services, both by written and electronic means.
The Customer can exercise the rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition, as well as revoke the consent given for the sending of electronic commercial communications by writing to TEAMWORK at Calle San Antonio, 15, 5º, Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), or by sending an email to editorial@teamworkmedia.es.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the works, trademarks, logos and any other objects subject to protection contained in the TEAMWORK website correspond exclusively to TEAMWORK or to third parties who have authorised their inclusion on the website. The unauthorised reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or transformation of such works, brands, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of TEAMWORK or of the owner thereof and may give rise to the exercise of appropriate legal or extrajudicial actions in the exercise of their rights.
Also, the information which the Customer can access through the website may be protected by industrial, intellectual or other property rights. TEAMWORK will not be responsible in any case or under any circumstances for the infractions of such rights that may be committed by a user.
